Use Steps

1. Time Display
The time is presented in a countdown format, starting from the preset duration. Once the time display reaches 0, the instrument will automatically shut down.

2. Brightness Level and Battery Power
Battery Power Indication: Three seconds before startup, the battery power is shown. One lit light represents 30% battery power, two lit lights indicate 60% battery power, and three lit lights mean the battery is fully charged at 100%.
Brightness Level Display: After power – on, the brightness level is displayed for 3 seconds.

Hint: When the light flashes, it signals that the battery is low and requires charging.

3. Mode Display
There are four available modes: skin beautification, cleansing, wrinkle smoothing, and oil control.

4. Power Key / Brightness Key
Power On/Off: Long – press the power key to turn the device on or off.
Brightness Adjustment: After booting, short – press the power key to adjust the brightness. There are three brightness levels available for adjustment.

5. Mode Key / Time Setting Key
Mode Switch: Short – press the mode key to cycle through the different modes.
Time Setting: Long – press the mode key to set the working time. Options include 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, and 20 minutes, with the default setting being 10 minutes after power – on.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
