Order Cancellation All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. We offer a 24-hour window for changes or cancellations after your purchase. Once the fulfillment process has started, the order cannot be reversed.
Refunds & Satisfaction Your clinical experience is our priority. You can request a refund or reshipment if:
- The product is not received within the guaranteed period (30 business days, excluding 2-5 day processing).
- You receive the wrong item or a defective unit.
Hygiene & Safety Exclusion Due to health and hygiene reasons, beauty tech devices (Skin Scrubbers, RF Units, etc.) can only be returned if they are in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. Once a device has been used or the seal is broken, we cannot accept a return unless a technical defect is proven.
Return Shipping For “change of mind” returns (on sealed items), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated facility.
